OUR MISSION

At Luquillo Bible Church we believe that the Lord has called each of us to care for souls. We help the lost to know the Lord and we care for and teach our brothers and sisters.

In Matthew 28:19, Jesus tells us to "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations."

So, on the one hand, we are all disciples, but also, the Lord calls us all to care for souls.

We believe that the word of God is alive and active. The word is sharper than any sword. The Word of God teaches us, trains us, corrects us, and prepares us. As a church we teach the word, day and night. The Bible is crucial to our growth. Therefore, God tells us to meditate on the word day and night (Joshua 1:8) and to let the word dwell in us richly (Colossians 3:16).

We devote ourselves to Bible study, prayer, evangelism, purity, and service.

But we need to include one more thing. We are not perfect. We don't do everything perfectly well. We are human and so we give people room to grow and that is called grace.
